The cross-cut capabilities allow the shredder to cut not only paper but it can also cut credit cards, paper clips, staples and even CD's. Don't worry about having to shred extensively as this Fellowes shredder has an extended run time of 30 minutes. To prevent access to documents whilst shredding is in progress, the Fellowes safety lock system disables the shredder to prevent it being activated accidentally.
